Camp Review:

  • I found an established dispersed site in the Lassen National Forest, just a few minutes outside of the north entrance of Lassen National Park.

  • The camp spot was very large and perfectly decently level.

  • Unlike yesterday’s dispersed camping site there was trash in the fire ring.

  • There was 2 bars of LTE on Verizon, though the connection was noticibly worse than the previous day’s connection.

 

What Happened?

Right off of Highway 44, there sits a bunch of dispersed camping sites that I found on freecampsites.net. I arrived after sunset, and after washing myself as best as I could without taking off my shorts, I crawled into my camper and ran through my errands for the night—processing photos, writing journal entries, and writing postcards.

I then went to bed and had a wonderful night of sleep.
