Lassen Dispersed Camping
Camp Review:
I found an established dispersed site in the Lassen National Forest, just a few minutes outside of the south entrance of Lassen National Park.
The camp spot was large, decently level, and free of trash.
There was 2 bars of LTE on Verizon.
What Happened?
I found a few dispersed campsites on freecampsites.net, and didn’t have any issues finding an open site on a Wednesday evening. Three were 3 other campers on 3 campsites on the way in, but the one I found was the largest by far (and dare I say nicest).
After setting up camp, I brushed my teeth and washed my face, and got into bed pretty early. All was quiet throughout the night, and dare I say that I slept for 8+ hours.
